The Chair of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Slovakia, Dr. Tiryaki, made an important presentation during the certification training for diplomats. The event, organized by the Diplomatic Academy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic, not only offered diplomats valuable insights on migration and asylum in the context of European and international law but also played a key role in the dissemination of the Human Rights Handbook.
